This is Sammy who is 1. After my beloved Molly went over the Rainbow Bridge, Molly came to me in a dream and she had a little gray striped kitty with her. A few days later I had to go to PetSmart to get some supplies. I saw this beautiful kitten. I couldn't get him, but mentioned him to my co-workers and they got him for me. I really feel Molly sent this little guy to me (with some help from my co-workers)!! He is named for Spirit After Molly (Sam) and then the "y" ending like Molly had. I always wanted a gray striped kitty and now Molly has sent me one.
Unfortunately, Molly called Sammy back to her way too soon. Sammy did not live to see his first birthday. We believe he had a heart attack. It was very quick and he didn't suffer. He was seen playing an hour before his death.
Sammy was the most social kitten I'd ever had. He cried and cried to be picked up. He absolutely demanded you pick him and love on him. He'd be happily playing by himself and then run over and start meowing until you did! True to kitten form, this boy could play and play and play. He was just a bundle of joy in many, many ways!! Sammy was all about love. That is what he did all the time. Everybody loved Sammy.
Being a kitten, he didn't have everything straight. For some reason, he thought Ferdi was his Mother. Ferdi is a male, though. That didn't stop Sammy. He played with him and tried to nurse off of him. This baby dealt real well with frustration. Sammy got along well with my gang, but Ferdi was his favorite for loving!! Wee Willy was his favorite for playing with.
Sammy brought much sunshine to my life in a time of much pain! It is inconceivable that he was my next baby to pass over the Bridge. The world is a sadder place without him in it. Sammy, many people knew you, and they will not forget you! We all loved you deeply. You have left a special whole in my heart! Good bye my Sammy Bammy Boy.
